The Home Rehab Physio was founded by Chartered Physiotherapist Jessica Chapman. Jess holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Birmingham University and full accreditation with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health & Care Professions Council. She has ten years experience in the NHS, working in specialist neurological and frailty services across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire.
